The Inspiration Behind Dōgon

Named after the West African Dogon tribe and inspired by the legacy of Benjamin Banneker, Dōgon pays homage to ancestral wisdom and cultural heritage. The restaurant's roots delve deep into the rich tapestry of African history and the culinary traditions that have shaped Onwuachi's own journey.

A Dive into Afro-Caribbean Cuisine

Drawing from Chef Onwuachi's diverse heritage spanning Nigeria, Jamaica, Trinidad, and New Orleans Creole influences, Dōgon's menu offers a vibrant fusion of flavors.
